The webcam model testimonials below are from real webcam models that work at New Industry Models, in their own words.
"I've been working with NIM since March 2012. I used to have a really crappy low paying job. I first heard about webcam modeling from a friend who at the time was going in for her interview. I decided to go with her to check it out. I didn't know much about it but I was willing to give it a try based on the amount of money I could make. I couldn't pass up opportunity like that, so I quit my job to start at NIM.
My first day was not very encouraging, but I didn't give up. After giving it a couple weeks, it became really natural for me and I started making tons of money. Working at NIM, I never have to worry about money, and even bought myself a Mercedes my first year.
I work 4 days a week, 7 hours a day, and the time goes by fast. I make between $250 - $300 per night.
I love working in the studio because I like having my own room and privacy. My fans buy me gifts from my amazon wishlist, I've gotten makeup, clothes, watches, jewelry, and toys. It is fun making so much money and working in a nice place with friends I trust."

"I started working at NIM in the beginning of 2014. At the time, I was simply in a bad situation and needed money to get an apartment quickly. I knew nothing about webcam modeling and had never tried it before. Allen and Tyler put me at ease, and it was clear that this was a professional environment. When I started, I was provided with great training, my own personal room to work in, and in no time I felt very comfortable with camming.
By the end of my first month at NIM, I had made more than enough money to get the apartment I needed. Now over a year later I make over $4,000 a month.
It’s not only the money that makes me love working at NIM, but also the environment. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and has gone above and beyond to help me with anything that comes up. Additionally, the girls that work at the studio have always been like a second family to me, we support each other and are constantly sharing our advice and experiences with each other.
Honestly, though I went into webcam modeling without any idea of what to expect but I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out. For me, going to work every day is something I want to do instead of a chore and I couldn't ask for a better place to work or better people to work for."

"I've been with NIM since October of 2014 after leaving a previous cam studio In August. Upon arriving at the studio, I was shocked at first sight on how much better this studio was already. It is in a safe and discreet location, it's very clean and organized, each room is decorated with a certain theme, and there is a little break room which includes a large couch, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.
The training and support from the friendly and professional staff is amazing. They truly care about your potential to earn as much money as you can and will give you tips on how you can improve and to grow your fan base.
I make more than I did at the previous cam studio, and more than any college students I know who are trying to get by with weekend gigs and odd jobs. On an average night, I make around $30/hr (Sometimes I make a lot more, and sometimes I make less but never below $25/hr after 3 consistent months of working around 3-4 shifts a week) Even though I work from the studio and not from home, the studio is open until 2:30AM, so It's convenient for me because I can come after classes and put in hours.
One of the great things that NIM provides each model is the Amazon Wishlist feature. When I was with my previous studio, they did not offer this. My fans ask me if they can have my Wishlist so they can buy me gifts. Not only have fans bought me fun toys to use in shows, but I've gotten anything from sexy outfits and kitchenware to textbooks for class."

"I began working for NIM in March of 2014. It's a professional, clean, and respectful environment. I've had my own room for most of the time I've worked here and the office managers are always friendly and helpful. I feel very secure working online and my bosses were very flexible and nice with me.
The work itself is really fun! I enjoy being able to express myself sexually in a safe but exciting way and my customers shower me with compliments, attention, and lots of money.
Within my first month I was making $1000 a week and a few weeks later I was making $1600 a week working the same hours. It's the highest paying and most fun job I've ever had."

You've probably seen many webcam studios hiring models. It's important to find the webcam studio that is right for you. We want you to have a positive experience in the webcam industry, even if you're not working with us! Here is some helpful advice on how to choose a webcam studio.
Don't webcam model for a company that also shoots adult content. They don't help their webcam models make as much money as possible webcamming, in hopes that they can get them into the adult content business instead. At the very least, they don't take webcam models seriously as they are a small portion of their business.
Be wary of "work from home" only webcam companies. If they don't also have a studio location, they expect you to supply your own equipment and figure everything out on your own. Their models make the least amount of money and last a short time. With no overhead costs, they don't care how little you earn, it's all profit for them.
Be careful of companies offering computers to use at home for webcamming. Because it's their computer, they load these computers with spyware. They see everything you do on the computer including your passwords. They track the location of the computer and can even turn on the camera. If any offer is too good to be true, it's not real.
There are many people attempting to make money claiming to be a webcam studio without being a licensed business. If the company doesn't have a professional corporate website, a branded cam site, business cards, or checks with the business name on them, be cautious because they may not be reputable.
Webcam models make more money working separately. If someone claiming to run a webcam studio tells you to work with other models or themselves, they may not be in this business for the money. Also, real webcam studios are in office spaces, you should never be working out of someone else's home.
You should look up any company you might consider working for on the Secretary of State website to see if it is a licensed business and what it's current status is. You can look up California businesses here: https://www.lavote.gov/fbn-search. Try looking up our company, "NIM LLC" to test it out.
Remember, even legitimate webcam studios can be quite different from each other. Some are great postive places to work at. Others can be pushy and controlling, creating a very negative experience. There is also a wide range of amenities and benefits a webcam studio may provide, so ask a lot of questions before you fill out any applications. You can always reach out to us, even to ask us about other studios.
All you need is the desire to succeed. We'll help with the rest.
