Stay Positive
You have to remember that when you’re online it’s like going on a first date. When you go out with someone for the first time you try to make a great first impression. You want to remember that any time you’re sitting there doing or saying nothing your customers will lose interest. You can also ask questions to the whole room if you feel like the conversation has gone dead. Things like: what’s your favorite roleplay, or what is your favorite position will always get the customers talking. Just make sure you keep talking whatever you do.
Have fun, be silly
Remember that customers come on webcam modeling sites to have fun. It’s an escape and the more enjoyable a cam model is to watch the more money she’s going to end up making. It’s okay to be silly, have fun, make jokes, and keep the mood in your room light. Not only will this make your customers happy to be in your room but you’ll notice that it makes your time online go by much faster.
Speak to your customers, don’t type
Honestly, there is nothing less appealing to watch than a webcam model who is just sitting there in dead silence pounding away at the keyboard. Instead of having a lively, fun atmosphere you’re basically just watching a girl in lingerie type. It’s much more interesting to watch a girl who’s laughing, playing music, and speaking to her customers. Just keep talkinging no matter what. Occasionally you will get customers who say that they don’t have sound or can’t use their sound. Make eye contact
Looking into the camera like you’re looking right at your customers can really help you get privates because it makes the customers feel like they’re right there with you. You don’t want to just stare into the camera blankly but quick glances into the camera with a nice smile will really help you get paid sessions.
Don’t give too much away
The rule of thumb is that you don’t want to do any kind of nudity or use your toys while in free chat. Teasing is definitely encouraged and will help you get shows but you don’t want to give a show away for free. You also don’t want to give too much attention to any one customers (if you have multiple customers in the room). Often times in free chat customers will ask or demand that you show them various parts of your body. Remember that even though that body part might not seem like a big deal to you (for example your feet) it may be a fetish for the customer and so showing them without asking for a tip or a paid session could be the equivalent of giving them a free show. Now just because you can’t use the toys for masturbation doesn’t mean you can’t occasionally pull them out to show them off or to do a quick tease with your mouth or hands. The idea is really to be suggestive but not to do a full performance. You also want to keep any interaction with your toys short and sweet.
